Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use glowmancy.com (the "site") or buy a book or chapter from it. The site is operated by Runistore LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

2. What you are buying

Our products are digital books and individual chapters written by Nigar Rustamova. The book page shows each product's contents, format and price before you pay. Nothing physical is shipped.

3. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars.
Payment is processed by our checkout provider (currently Payhip). Its terms also apply to the payment.
Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where the law requires it.
We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order you have already paid for.

4. Delivery

Access to your purchase is provided right after payment clears, on the confirmation screen and by email. If you do not receive it, write to us through the contact page and we will resend it.

5. Your licence

When you buy a book, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it and to print pages for your own use. You may not:

share, resell, lend, upload or publish the book or any part of it, including on file-sharing sites, social media or AI training datasets;
remove or change the purchase stamp or copyright notices;
let other people use your copy or your account.

You may make and sell the products described in the recipes. The text, photographs and formulas as written remain protected. Each copy is marked with the buyer's details, and we may cancel access to copies that are shared in breach of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the site and in the books — text, formulas as presented, photographs, illustrations, design and the GLOWMANCY name and logo — belongs to Runistore LLC or to Nigar Rustamova and is protected by copyright and trademark law. The free articles may be quoted briefly with a link back to the source page.

7. Safety and no professional advice

The books and the site teach crafts that involve real hazards, including sodium hydroxide (lye), heat, open flame and essential oils. Follow the safety instructions, wear protective equipment, patch test every product and run every soap recipe through a lye calculator. The content is educational. It is not medical, dermatological, legal or regulatory advice. If you make products for sale, you are responsible for stability, microbiological and safety testing and for meeting the labelling and cosmetic regulations of your market.

8. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the site in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation, tries to get around access controls, or copies content in bulk by automated means (scraping).

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is". We work hard to keep the information accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free, or that every result will match the book. To the fullest extent the law allows, Runistore LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for injury or damage caused by making products from the content. Our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep any mandatory protections the law of your country gives you.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one shown on the site when you placed it.
